BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE:


Ingredients

(A) 500g cream cheese, 50g sugar, 50g butter

(B) 40g flour

(C) 1 egg , 3 egg yolks

(D) 400ml sour cream

(E) 3egg white , 75g sugar

(F) 30g cornflour

(G) 350g blueberry pie filling



1. Cream (A) till light. Add (B) and mix till well blended.

2. Add (C) and cream till smooth and light

3. Add (D) and mix till well combined.

4. whip (E) till stiff . Add (F) and mix well. Add this into the cheese mixture and mix all well incorporated.

5. Grease and line a 10’’ round cake tin , then place the thin layer of vanilla sponge cake on the bottom.

6. Pour in some of the cheese filling. Pace some blueberry pie filling on top and pour the remaining cheese filling on top.

( the blueberry pie filling actually is optional)

7. Bake in at 150*c for 9 minutes. Before that you should heat the oven first…

8. leave to cool and refrigerate overnight.

9 then remove it from the mould, and place the blueberry pie filling on the top and spread it evenly.
