what do you do when you feel like baking, but don't have anything that special in the house?
Yes, make a butter cake!
Actually I'm interesting in baking cake,My friends if you have same interest as me,
I would like to recommend start with this butter cake.
Butter cake is the easiest cake to be made. 
"Marble butter cake" 
I've always wanted to bake marble cake,cause i love marbling...and i feel marbling was prettyof cause still got another reason :) hehe...I'm aware of how simple it is actually to obtain those lovely marbles So, everything went well,better looked right有模有样！！！ =)
"Japanese Souffle Cheesecake"
I have to say that this cheesecake isn't those normal typical cafe-type desert,creamy cheesecake that gets you so sick of cheese you just want to vomit. haha nope! this isn't.Well, em if you are guessing, then this is the kind of cheesecake you get from BreadTalk in an oval shape or Bread Story for dunno how much hahaaa....then you're right on! Bingo !Japanese cheesecake is a very light, fluffy, not too sweet cheesecake with a very cheesecake-y flavour. For me I love it so muchhh!!^^
But honestly, baking cheesecake is very time-consumingall the ingredients need to be mixed carefully,then must baked slowly in a moist oven,then cooled gently,They are also prone to cracking down,so if appearance is important,then it may take a bit of practice before knowing how to prevent this,hahaa its depending on your own oven.
Anyway i want to thanks my mum,Cause i have gain from learning a lots from herand enjoy everytime baking cake with her too!!^^
