1. Cream (A) till light. Add (B) and mix till well blended.
2. Add (C) and cream till smooth and light
3. Add (D) and mix till well combined.
4. whip (E) till stiff . Add (F) and mix well. Add this into the cheese mixture and mix all well incorporated.
5. Grease and line a 10’’ round cake tin , then place the thin layer of vanilla sponge cake on the bottom.
6. Pour in some of the cheese filling. Pace some blueberry pie filling on top and pour the remaining cheese filling on top.
( the blueberry pie filling actually is optional)
7. Bake in at 150*c for 9 minutes. Before that you should heat the oven first…
8. leave to cool and refrigerate overnight.
9 then remove it from the mould, and place the blueberry pie filling on the top and spread it evenly.

This is a busy week for me as i need to prepare a lot of so call assignments (10 sets of exam papers) and due date is on next monday...
Still got 3 sets haven done yet...huu huu...
Nowadays heard a lot of news. Some of them are getting married (is not too early i guess), and some of the them who are enter into workplace. Some of them just broke up... huu......So many things happen in once Life....Sometimes i am thinking what will i be on the next....
Actually life is in my hand now,i hope i can keep going on smoothly according on my plan.... Maybe i make myself too pressure, i want to do "everything" very well and perfect...huu..anyway i hope i will have a happy and peaceful life.....

Mum, Thank you for all the things you have done for me. I may not understand you on some things but I know that you're only doing what you know is right for me. really thank God for giving you as my mom because there's no other mother who could replace you to me... I know thank you may not be enough so today u got a lot from me, hahahaaaaaa One kiss, One hug, One lunch, Two cakes .. Happy M' Day! Mum i love you a lot !

last weekend, i had spend my time making this... "chocolate butter cookies" ~~~~ hahahaaaaaaaaaa
Well, although there is not that attractive. but i feel quite tasty, hahaaaaaa the not perfect part only it taste a bit sweet and cut too big, anyway experimenting with this fun flavor is always an adventure, tried-and-true favorite
I really enjoy cooking and baking. well, mother's day is coming, and my plan is either making blueberry cheesecake or marble cheesecake for my mum.. and~~~~~~ one BIG kisssss.... hahaaa... how about yours?!~~~
